Intriguing read but not very realistic toward the end. But the end would not be nearly as dramatic if the main charictor had been on her toes. I did enjoy the book greatly.
Good story, kept me interested. Good twists and turns in the plot. Will read this author again. Looking for book 2
The author's book blurb is spot on correct in the opening description of this book, 'The Deadly Caress is a fast-paced story set in California. Suspenseful and thrilling...' I couldn't have described it better. An excellent read. California and Australia, how can you fail with that combination? I love both locations and it works for the story.
story idea good but 30yr old woman is immature and self centered.all in the book she is so stupid. like all mysteries does what you expect . dumb grew bored with
Being a fan of mysteries and suspense novels this one sucked me right in. First time Author O.N.Stefan did a great job with the character development that made you actually care for the characters. they weren't just one dimensional people moving through the paces. The book moved at a fast pace and keep you wondering what would happen next. I found myself thinking what was going to happen when I wasn't reading the book. If her second novel is anywhere as good as this one O.N. Stefan has a good career ahead in writing. I recommend this book to any Mystery fan.

The Deadly Caress is a great suspenseful and extremely interesting read .Amanda Blake is the main character, she is put through the ringer and comes out the other side OK.
